Singapore Polytechnic is the first polytechnic in Singapore to offer a 3-year full time Diploma course in Music and Audio Technology (DMAT).
The DMAT course is designed to provide a holistic music and audio education that imparts components of creativity and technology with emphasis on the integrated use of music and audio elements. It is unique in that the curriculum stresses the developing of our students’ creative capabilities. This will enable them to function not only in a variety of existing media environments, but also in new and emerging ones as well. Students learn how to create and produce music and audio through the use of a variety of software and hardware tools.
